Motcombe Bill Posters 1881 - 1891 Luke RANGER born at Hindon, Wiltshire in 1814 son of Edward and Martha Ranger. Married Harriet Trowbridge at Enmore Green in 1865 and in 1871 recorded as a dog trainer, but then as Bill Poster in 1881 and 1891. He died at Motcombe in 1897. |
